About these terms

These terms govern access to the Beesting Labs website and our relationship with customers using our services and products. References to "Beesting Labs," "we," and "us" mean Beesting Labs LLC. Please read these terms before placing an order or using our services. If you are acting for a business or another person, you must have authority to accept the relevant obligations on their behalf.

Our End-User License Agreement governs installation and use of our plugins and associated software. Our Refund Policy and Electronic Delivery Policy govern their respective subjects. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled; accepting these terms is not consent to optional advertising or other processing that requires separate consent. Product-specific terms expressly disclosed before purchase take precedence over conflicting general terms for that product. Nothing in these documents limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Accounts and eligibility

To make a purchase, you must be legally able to enter into the transaction or have a parent or guardian who can authorize it. Provide accurate contact, billing, and account details. Protect your account and license credentials, and notify support@beestinglabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not use another person's account or payment method without permission.

Products, prices, and orders

Review the product description, supported operating systems, plugin formats, compatible host applications, and license conditions before ordering. Compatibility is determined by the published requirements for the version purchased, not by an assumption that every future system or host update will be supported.

Paddle provides our checkout and acts as merchant of record for transactions completed through it. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment transaction and are available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms. Beesting Labs supplies and supports the software under the applicable license. Nothing in our terms overrides rights or obligations arising under Paddle's transaction terms or applicable law.

The checkout identifies the price, currency, applicable taxes, and any disclosed fees before payment. Promotions apply only under their stated conditions and do not retroactively change completed purchases. Unless expressly included in the offer, a purchase does not promise free future major versions or every product we may release.

We may hold or decline an order when payment cannot be verified, fraud is reasonably suspected, or fulfilling it would be unlawful. If we identify a material pricing or description error, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel the affected order and return any payment collected for it. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Delivery and refunds

Our downloadable products are supplied electronically as explained in the Electronic Delivery Policy. Keep the email address associated with your order accurate so that delivery and support communications can reach you. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Where a reseller or marketplace is the seller of record, its checkout, payment, and refund procedures apply to that sale, without limiting rights you have against us under applicable law. The applicable software license still governs use of the product.

Permitted website use

You may use the website to evaluate products, make legitimate purchases, access authorized downloads, and request support. You may not interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, distribute malware, impersonate another person, collect other visitors' personal information without authorization, or use it to infringe another person's rights. Automated activity must not disrupt the service or circumvent restrictions on access.

The website's branding, written materials, demonstrations, graphics, and software belong to Beesting Labs or their respective rights holders. Browsing or buying does not grant permission to republish our content or use our trademarks to imply endorsement. Software licenses are not ownership transfers.

Information you send us

Send only material you are entitled to share. You retain ownership of your original recordings and other creative work. Sending a support file permits us and providers assisting us to use it as needed to address your request; it does not grant a general right to publish or commercially exploit your work. We may use voluntary product suggestions to improve our offerings, but will not publish identifying testimonials or customer recordings without appropriate permission.

Availability and third-party services

Maintenance, network problems, and external services can affect website availability. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Links to another provider's website do not make us responsible for that provider's separate services or policies. These statements do not excuse delivery obligations for paid orders or remedies required by law.

Warranties and responsibility

Except for express commitments made with a purchase and protections required by law, we provide the website and general informational materials without additional warranties of accuracy, continuous availability, or suitability for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded. Software-specific warranties and limitations are addressed in the End-User License Agreement.

To the extent the law permits, Beesting Labs is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business opportunities or profits, arising from use of the website. No exclusion applies to fraud, willful misconduct, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or mandatory consumer remedies. Keep independent backups of important project files and recordings.

Restricting access

We may restrict website or account access when reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful activity, or a material breach of these terms. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Restrictions do not automatically eliminate existing payment, delivery, refund, or statutory obligations. Software-license termination is governed by the End-User License Agreement.

Changes and disputes

We may revise these terms for future use and purchases, showing the revision date on this page. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. A later website revision does not, by itself, retroactively reduce the license or purchase rights already granted to you.

Arizona law governs these terms, except where mandatory law gives you protections that cannot be displaced by this choice. Nothing here requires you to waive a right to bring a claim in a forum available under applicable consumer law. Please contact support@beestinglabs.com if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it. This request does not delay or restrict a legal remedy.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent lawful. A decision not to enforce a provision on one occasion does not prevent enforcement on another.
