Fourteen-day window for unactivated licenses

For plugin purchases through the Beesting Labs website, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after purchase if the license has never been activated on any computer. Email your request before that period ends.

Once a license has been activated, or the 14-day period has ended, the purchase is not eligible for a refund.

We do offer a free trial to test if the plugin will fit your needs.

Before purchasing

Read the published system requirements and confirm that your operating system, computer, plugin format, and audio host are supported. Where a trial is available, use it to evaluate the sound, workflow, and compatibility before purchasing. A preference for a different sound or workflow does not extend the voluntary refund offer after activation.

Requesting a refund

Email support@beestinglabs.com with your order number, purchase date, and the email address used at checkout. Explain whether the request concerns an unactivated license, a billing issue, or a product problem. Do not include passwords or full payment-card details.
