Our commitment

Beesting Labs LLC wants people with disabilities to be able to learn about our products, make purchases, and obtain support. Our website accessibility goal is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This goal is not a certification or a statement that every page, plugin, or third-party service currently meets every requirement.

Getting assistance

If a page, checkout step, download, document, or plugin interface presents an accessibility barrier, email support@beestinglabs.com. Tell us which page or product you were using, what you were trying to do, and the difficulty you encountered. If useful, include your browser, operating system, or assistive technology. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or medical records.

We will review your report and work with you to provide the information or assistance you need through an accessible alternative. We will also use reports to help prioritize improvements. No purchase is required to request accessibility assistance.

Ongoing work

Our improvement priorities include keyboard access, readable content, clear headings and controls, useful text alternatives, and compatibility with assistive technology. Third-party services and differences between browsers, host applications, and assistive technologies can affect the experience. Please report those barriers too so we can help and raise issues with the relevant provider.
