Electronic Delivery Policy

Digital products

Beesting Labs LLC supplies its audio plugins and related downloadable products electronically. A purchase does not include a physical package, installation disc, or delivery by mail. There are no physical shipping charges for these products.

Receiving your purchase

After a successful purchase, we send the download information and any applicable license or activation instructions to the email address entered at checkout. Delivery is normally initiated automatically after payment is confirmed. Payment review, email filtering, or a service interruption can delay receipt.

Enter an accurate email address and retain your order confirmation. If the delivery email does not arrive, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. If you still cannot locate it, contact support@beestinglabs.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Do not send your password or full payment-card number.

We will help verify the purchase, correct delivery issues, and restore access to the purchased download or license where appropriate. If we cannot supply a paid product, we will refund the amount paid for that undelivered product. Your additional rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Downloading and activation

You need an internet connection to receive and download your purchase. Software activation may also require an internet connection and the information described in our Privacy Policy. Check the product's published operating-system, plugin-format, and host-application requirements before buying.

Keep your license credentials private. Receiving an installer does not transfer ownership of the software or authorize sharing it with other users. Installation and use are governed by our End-User License Agreement and any product-specific license terms disclosed before purchase.

Refunds and cancellation rights

Our Refund Policy explains when refunds are available. Electronic delivery does not remove any cancellation, conformity, or other consumer rights that the law protects. Where immediate supply of digital content can affect a statutory withdrawal right, any required express consent and acknowledgement must be obtained separately; this policy alone does not establish that consent.
